2. Private beta

Submitting an application does not guarantee access. We may onboard channels in waves, review niche and traffic source, and decline use that does not fit the beta focus or technical capacity. Features, pricing and availability may change before public launch.

3. Acceptable use

• provide accurate information about the channel and its advertising traffic;
• do not use the site or future beta for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, or violations of Meta and Telegram rules;
• do not bypass security, overload the site, or attempt unauthorised access.

4. Independent service

leadli.me is an independent product and is not part of, partnered with, or officially endorsed by Meta or Telegram. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Intellectual property

The site copy, design, software and leadli.me brand are protected by applicable rights. You retain rights to information you submit and permit us to use it only to review the application and operate the beta.

6. Availability and liability

The site and private beta are works in progress. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific reduction in advertising costs, or acceptance of an application. To the extent permitted by law, sololemon OÜ is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from this site’s marketing materials.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
